How does it work?

Following the formulation of a customised treatment plan, impressions are taken of your teeth so the brackets and wires can be specially produced.
When ready, the brackets are fixed to your teeth and the wires put in place. Then you’ll just have to pop in every few weeks for adjustments.

Why is it so quick and does that make it more painful and damaging?

Six Month Smiles focuses on how your teeth will look rather than the position of your bite, which helps to speed up the process. It uses gentle forces to realign only those teeth that show when you smile, and teeth rarely have to be extracted prior to treatment, so there are actually fewer risks to teeth and gums than with conventional orthodontic treatment.

Do I need a retainer following treatment?
